When you wash your clothes, what you should be washing is your underwear

It’s easy to get a little carried away with the idea of washing underwear and not wash your underwear, but the reality is much different.
“I know there are lots of people who wash their underwear at home but I wouldn’t wash underwear for the first two weeks of a washing cycle,” said Katherine Kavanagh, managing director of laundry company Laundry Hamper.
“Most of us wash our underwear as soon as we get home and it’s not as important to wash underwear that way, especially when you’re washing clothes with a lot of detergent.”
Ms Kavanah said she would recommend washing underwear after washing clothes that were dry.
“Washing underwear is really important to take out of the dryer and get rid of the moisture, but it’s the same with washing clothes,” she said.
“It’s really important you get rid all the dirt off and you wash clothes with as much detergent as possible.”
For Ms Kavenagh, the washing of underwear after it’s washed would be ideal.
“You can really get rid the dry and lint off, and it also makes a nice clean wash,” she added.

When you wash it in the dry, you can get all the grease off, so that’s a bonus.”

Source News.co.nz It’s not just women who need to get their clothes washed.
Men’s health group Men’s Headline said there were also women who were frustrated by washing their underwear on a regular basis.
“The laundry cycle is not something that women like to do,” Dr Chris Brown, the national head of Men’s headline, said.
“If you’re a woman and you’re in a relationship where you’re having to wash the same underwear every day, you might be more concerned about the time it takes and whether you have to spend the time washing them in the morning and the night.”
The same can be said for many men, who are more likely to spend time in the house when washing their clothes.
But there is also a lot more to it than washing your underwear.
The benefits of washing your clothes on a daily basis are numerous, including reduced stress and lower levels of depression.
And if you’re worried about your weight or the amount of clothing you’ll need to wash over the coming months, the answer is probably no, experts say.
Washing your underwear can also help reduce the chance of catching colds and influenza.
You can also get rid in the sink if you have any leftover detergent.
